Strand-on-the-Green School Beautifully located school that has put in a sound performance across all the Key Stage 2 disciplines. The school has three form entry in both juniors and infants making it the largest primary in the area. It is split into junior and infants schools but they share premises but have separate governing bodies. OFSTED visited the nursery and infants school in June 2004 and the report is glowing. The phrase "it is a very good school" is used in the report. The teaching standards are exceptionally high with only 1% of lessons deemed unsatisfactory.
