Non-Emergency reporting Ealing Borough Police also operate the Telephone Reporting System to divert non-urgent crime reports away from station offices so as to improve reporting of crime. This service can be contacted by using the Non-Emergency Telephone Number 020-8810-1212 to report crime.
An example of this would be if you get up in the morning and realised that your shed has been broken into. Phone the Non–Emergency Number; a Police Officer or a Forensic Officer may attend the scene to take a report or alternatively your information will be taken and passed to the Telephone Reporting Unit. This unit will phone you back at a convenient time and complete a full crime report. You will then be issued with a crime reference number for future reference.
Internet reporting of some minor crime Certain categories of minor crime committed in England, Wales or Northern Ireland can now be reported over the Internet, as long as an urgent response is not required.

Non-emergency police enquiry desk Ealing Borough Police have also positioned a non-emergency police enquiry desk within Ealing Council’s new Customer Centre at Perceval House on the Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5. This facility is manned by Ealing Borough Police personnel from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm. The enquiry desk will provide an additional service and general enquiry point for members of the public in Ealing Borough.

Persons attending the police enquiry desk will be for any of the above will be asked to attend Ealing Police Station. If the station reception area is busy at this time the attendee can utilise the options outlined above.
