Soirée de Sabrage at Le Vacherin Monday 11th June 2007. Five course dinner of classic French dishes served with wine and champagne. The evening will begin with a champagne reception and demonstrations of Sabrage – the art of opening a bottle of champagne with a sabre. Dress - Black Tie Five Courses, £70 per person (including wine), 7 for 7.30pm (Please note that this event is payable in advance).
